It's an exciting weekend in our household, for two reasons.
Firstly, the playground across the road is having it's grand opening. The mayor is throwing a sausage sizzle to mark the event. Finally, we have more to play on than an ancient swing set and creaky old see-saw.
My girls are ever so pleased.
Secondly, we are going to see Toy Story 3. My girls are OBSESSED with the Toy Story movies, so they are jumping out of their skins about seeing Buzz and the gang on the big screen. I'm kind of looking forward to it myself. Check out the clip below, they're so clever!

ReplyDeleteBefore becoming a stepmum I'd never seen any of the animated cartoons and didn't know what I was missing out on.
The Pixar gang are super-clever and I'm looking forward to going to see Toy Story III almost as much as the kids.

ReplyDeleteI am glad there is a 3rd movie, Franz got to see the 1st one was he was little so I am glad Noodle gets to share in the experience as well!
I am working all weekend but start a 9 day vacation (from work!) on Monday! I cannot wait!!!
We are finally getting some summer weather here which means I will be hiding inside with the AC. I hate the heat!!!
ReplyDeleteMy kids are teenagers and they love the Toy Story movies. DH works tomorrow and DD works on Sunday, so we will go and see it next weekend. Can't wait!!
