Ah so true

Most of you have probably read this already, but Mia Freedman's latest 5 thing parents can learn from non-parents is just so wonderfully true.

Please, go check it out and let me know your thoughts.

  1. I swore my kids were never going to eat Happy Meals. They are teenagers now and still think Ronald McDonald is their uncle!!

  2. I remember planning the type of parent I'd be when I was younger...I'd always be cool and remember what it felt like to be a kid.

Sleep deprivation and baby brain tends to knock all those grandiose plans right on the head.

  3. LOVED the post! I commented over at Mama Mia how my husband and I have many laughs over a comment he made way back when we were dumb. "We're not going to be those on-demand parents!" Ha, ha, ha, ha!

  4. I loved this article! I was nodding away. There were so many things that I said about being a parent that I laugh about now. Just today I thought about my 'no TV' rule as I placed 5 month old bub in front of ABC kids while I mopped the floors. Reality!

  5. This is great! Thank you for sharing. I have a few childless friends and I just love their advice. The same way I love cilantro. And hives.
