So I thought I'd share this idea with you, the readers who come here every day and are part of this little world.
Originally I wanted to giveaway some nice stuff on the Facebook page, but apparently Mark Zuckerberg doesn't like that. So I'll do it right here instead. (But please feel free to go and visit The Daze of My Life Facebook page, I have a few more ideas up my sleeve for it).
Each Friday, I'm going to giveaway something to my readers, fun huh?

Mr P arriving home early. Him bathing both kids, and putting them both to bed early. And then they sleep beautifully in their beds all night. While Mr P and I crack open Season 5 of Mad Men with some Lindt balls and tall tall glasses of mineral water with lots of ice and a slice of lemon.

Last night I got to go to the pub with a friend and D was in charge of S for the night (although he appeared to imbibe more than me)- it was kinda fun pretending to be the old responsible free me for a while. I'm just wondering if this headache is worth it?
ReplyDeletePs- you should give the prize to somebody else- it would be wasted on me- I have a strict 'no food flavored body products' rule- it just seems wrong- I shouldn't want to eat it!

Friday fun for me is at the end of the day, a nice small jug of margaritas, plate of nibblies a chair on the deck and if I'm lucky a lovely sunset. I'd love to go to a pub with live music and have a couple of JDs but there ain't none of that stuff in our neck of the woods!

Our favourite being Doughboy Pizza, which we all love and of course it's the end of the working week for Scott, which allows us both to breathe a sigh of relief xo
ReplyDeleteMy Friday Fun is meeting up with friends and their kids and letting them run around while we have a nice meal and some adult conversation. Makes me feel like all a grown up again!
ReplyDeleteFriday Fun in our house is takeout (which means I don't have to cook - YAY!!!) and a movie. A chance for everyone to relax after the hectic week :)
ReplyDeleteMy idea of fun this Friday would be to have this baby! Due yesterday but no sign of her yet ;) Normally, Friday is fun because the kids don't have homework that day and its cool going to bed that night knowing you don't have to get up early and make school lunches the next day.
